Sosyal reform istiyorsan 6-7 kere event 18040  yazman yeterli sonrasında 1 reform hakkı verecektir.
Kölelik kaldırma oy hakkı vs gibi reformal için event 18090 5-6 kere yazman karşılığında yine 1 reform yapma hakkı verilecektir.Hileli oyun oynadığımda bunları kesinlikle yapıyorum yararlı oluyor..  :)
