oha yani dikkat ettimde yıl 1003 diyor. nasıl mds oluyor bu? bide türkiyenin icsi baya kötüymş. mds da 60 icsi vardı? bu beta  olmasındanmı kaynaklanıyo?

1)Daha beta olduğu için böyle hataları göz önünde bulundurmasak daha iyi.
2)İcler diğer devletlerinde birazcık düşmüş.Ama bunu emin ol düzeltirlerç

insallah düzeltirler. en az 65 olması lazım. ilk mds de 60 dı. yani artmıştır inşallah. bide full sürümü ne zaman çıkar bi bilginiz varmı?

Çıkar ilerde ama mod yine 2003'den başladığı için İCde bir yükselme beklemek  doğru değil

This is the final* beta update to MDS2 1.60 beta. Next version will be the full non-beta version. Several hundred work-hours went into making this update, so it is a substantial update. It is made by me, (Killerrabbit) Zokan and Lutenet with input from beta-testers and contributors.

*I will release a small hotfix which fix errors in this patch, but with no new content. I don't know when at this stage.

It includes changes of the first and second hotfix, so this one is all you need.

To install, unrar the .rar file, and move the folders inside to the main Modern Day Scenario 2 1.6 beta folder. Choose "overwrite files" when asked to.

- Iraq's puppet government is now correctly set up
- Iraq secedes it's border provinces with Iran to USA (AI never guards puppets in peacetime)
- Iran election events now trigger properly
- Iran war now triggers properly
- US startup event now gives revolt-risk in Afghanistan
- Romania now correctly rejoins EU after the Transnistrian invasion
- Event description properly displayed for RUS event 'Northern Approach'
- Admiral Gorskov sale now gives proper carrier-type
- Malaysian intervention in East-timor event-text is now displayed
- Added sligthly more growth from economic events
- China no longers get more free-marked from events
- China's 'Swift attack plan' triggers properly for Russia and North Korea
- Germany no longer gets significantly authoritarian from events
- Laos get's puppeted event now works properly
- Osama bin Laden killed event no longer stops WW3
- You now get slightly more economic growth from economic events
- Fixed three errors with the economic policy slider events
- Removed event 'Belorussian army incorporated into Russian army' - RUS gets it troops naturally
- Gave Turkey better projects for economic growth

#Map:
- Fixed various connection issues between provinces
- Fixed sprite and counter placements where bugs was reported
- Added a blockable sea connection between Kinmen and Taiwan, making a invasion by China easier.
- China has now cores on Kinmen
- Somalia has now cores on Ogaden
- Removed Ethiopian cores on Sudan and Djibouti
- Gave Eritrea cores on Djibouti
- Added a lot of energy and metal to USA, so it can use it's IC at full capacity
- Added small amounts of energy and metal to China
- Removed Beach in Afghanistan

#Tech Tree:
- Reduced Amphibious Assault efficiency gain
- NCO renamed 'Non Commisioned Officers'
- Added requirement texts to some aircraft techs who missed them.
- Nuclear Weapon techs now enables them to be attached to missiles
- Added small industrial efficiency gain from industrial techs
- Added small industrial efficiency gain from nuclear reactor techs
- Added small amount of offmap energy to nuclear reactor techs
- Made it possible to research some aircraft techs without having researched
the previous model, IF you have researched similar types of aircraft that is
more advanced

#Various Balancing:
- Nuclear reactors now cost 16 IC (40)
- Hi Tech Development Center costs 8 IC (15)
- Increased money production from 0.2 to 0.25
- Increased importance of experience in combat
- Reduced unit costs for land units by 20%
- Reduced unit costs for air squadrons by 20-70%, depending on unit
- General overview of buildtimes and changed to archive consistency.
- Reduced upgrade costs for all units to 0.6 from 1.0
- Reduced upgrade costs for armoured units to 0.2 from 0.6
- Reduced Amphibious Assault efficiency gain to 20% gain from each tech
- Reduced money cost per tech-team skill from 0.2 to 0.1
- Reduced money cost for diplomatic actions (a lot are now free)
- Reduced money cost for intelligence operations
- Increased probability for intelligence operations to work
- Decreased research speed by 30 %
- Vastly decreased aircraft strength losses from bombing land units
- Sligthly decreased aircraft organisation losses from bombing land units
- Added actual effects to the different difficulties:
# Hard/Very Hard = AI bonuses
# Normal = Neither Human or AI gets bonuses
# Easy/Very Easy = Human bonuses

###Texts:
- Revised some texts to correspond with how sliders work
- Renamed units in the statistics, so everything appears correctly
- Changed the startup-hint-section to a MDS2 guide section. (To be made complete in final version)
- Fixed all event-texts errors and glitches I had knowledge of

###Graphics:
- Fixed all (nearly 3.000) model-icons
- Added correct armor and aircraft pictures for GER, HOL, GRE, TUR, NOR, DEN, SWE, FIN
- Added nation specific unit-pictures for Slovenia
- Added city pictures for a lot of cities, and made them urban terrain
- Added picture for general electric (USA)
- Naval battle distance is now clearly visible

###Databases:
- Corrected starting techs for every nation. (170 nations) All nations now have the capabillity
build what they in real life would be buying. Limits to technological advancement
of models is set by the ability of domestic industry/armed forces to maintain
military hardware. So no T-90's for Ethiopia.
- Starting money and manpower adjusted for most nations

#Abkhazia
- Added Abkhazian armed forces
- Abkhazia is now a democracy
- Changed it's color, so it isn't the same as Russia

#Angola
- Added 1 cargo transport
- Added Navy base in Luanda
- Made some of the units less technologicaly advanced
- Added 25 experience to some units to represent experience from the civil war
- Added 60 transport-convoys to efficiently transport between mainland and enclave Carbinda

#Argentina
- Added 1 air transport

#Belgium
- Removed 5 frigates, as they were not purchased in 2003
- Corrected modelnames

#Belarus
- Corrected modelnames
- Correct army starting locations
- Revised Air Force
- Added a air transport squadron

#Brazil
- Corrected modelnames
- Increased size of port in Rio de Janeiro.

#China
- Added a whooping 12 cargo transports to China, as the AI doesn't guard it's transports sufficiently
- Reduced leaderskill of some 'ubergenerals' which had 6-9 in skill.
- Removed Attack helicopter from brigade units.
- Added a similar number of Attack helicopters to division units.

#California
- Added as a revolter
- Added ministers, leaders and tech teams

#Croatia
- Corrected modelnames
- Croatia can now move it's sliders properly

#Denmark
- Added correct Unitpictures for Aircrafts and Armored Units

#DPR Korea
- Renamed from 'North Korea' to 'DPR Korea'
- Gave twice the amount of random military leaders
- Gave some offmap supplies and oil in startup event

#European Union
- Added historical GER, BEL, FRA, SPA and POL units part of the 'Eurocorps' to the European Union
- European Union gets 8 offmap IC to upgrade and build units (Taken from GER, FRA, ITA, HOL)
- Added European Union tech teams

#Finland
- Added correct Unitpictures for Aircrafts and Armored Units

#Greece

- Significantly reduced number of IRGC divisions

- Gave some offmap supplies in startup event

- Gave proper modelnames

#Morocco
- Removed cores on Egypt

#The Netherlands
- Starting units are now placed correctly
- Added correct Unitpictures for Aircrafts and Armored Units
- Moved Navy base from Rotterdam to Amsterdam, and increased it's size to 8
- Removed two frigates which was scraped in 2003
- Changed F-16 models from F-16C to F-16A
- Added 1 F-16A Squadron

#Norway
- Fixed naming of starting units
- Added 1 F-16A Squadron, made all squadrons 80% strength
- Added correct Unitpictures for Aircrafts and Armored Units

#Novorossiya
- Changed it's color, so it isn't the same as Belarus

#Pacific states of america
- Added as a revolter
- Added ministers, leaders and tech teams

#Poland
- Adjusted placement of Industry

#Portugal
- Corrected modelnames

#Socialist States of America
- Added as a revolter
- Added ministers, leaders and tech teams

#South Africa
- Added submarines and new frigates in build que

rusya'nın başlangıçta ordusuda azdı sanırım.
çin'de umarım amerikaya çabuk yenilmez. her oyunumda amerikanın koymadığı ülke kalmıyordu.

Yunanistan hollanda gibi ülkelerin koyması daha temel bi sorun. Ben türkiyeyle polonyaya kadar işgal ediyorum ancak bi allahın kuluda dur ne ayak demiyor :D
